iFeral Games maintain Discord bots (“Bots”) that are an application in a Discord server that requires the collection of some specific user data (“Data”) when used. The Data collected includes Discord server/guild ID, channel ID and other values.

Usage of Data

Access to Data is only for the development, testing, implementation of features and core functionalities of the bot such as command handling, guild-specific settings and so on. Data is not sold, provided to, or shared with any third party, except where required by law or a Terms of Service agreement. The database is secured to prevent external access.

Removal of Data

Stored Data can be removed through means of removing the bot from a Server. This can be achieved by either kicking or banning the bot from the server.
